Field Marketing Manager, ASIA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software security organization seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional growth across Asia. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering closely with sales, business development, and partner teams to build pipeline and accelerate market presence across Southeast Asian markets.

Based in Singapore, you will own and execute the regional field marketing strategy across key ASEAN markets, delivering high-impact programs that resonate with security leaders, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Asia pipeline across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam
• Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments
• Deliver field marketing programs including executive roundtables, hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations
• Localize and amplify global campaigns to resonate with regional audiences
• Partner with sales teams to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts
• Build targeted, multi-touch campaigns that support complex enterprise buying journeys
• Act as a trusted marketing partner to regional directors, sales teams, and BDRs
• Collaborate with cloud, channel, and technology partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns
• Support pan-APJ campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives
• Track and analyze pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics to continuously optimize programs

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology
• Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Asia markets
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, SDR/BDR, partnerships, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline outcomes
• Understanding of the cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape highly desirable
• Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to guide strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
• Builder mentality with ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Based in Singapore with willingness to travel approximately 20-25% across the region
