Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Junior Customer Service Supervisor for their Paris operations. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 25 customer service representatives alongside three other supervisors, reporting to Operations Managers. Your impact will be immediate as you ensure seamless service delivery across all communication channels.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of customer service agents to guarantee quality service delivery
- Daily Operational Management: Ensure smooth service operations across all channels including WhatsApp, email, and phone calls while monitoring key performance indicators
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for complex cases, coordinating solutions with warehouse teams to transform incidents into customer success stories
- Project Execution: Lead improvement projects to optimize team performance and internal processes
- Continuous Optimization: Analyze field feedback to enhance internal processes and application ergonomics
The position operates on a flexible schedule including operational shifts (8am-4pm in office or 3pm-11pm remote), project-focused days (10am-6pm in office), and three weekend shifts per month conducted entirely remotely.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in customer relations, management, or equivalent field
- 1 to 3 years of experience managing operational teams, preferably in customer service or similar environments
- Fluency in French and English to participate in international projects
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively during urgent situations
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement
