About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential logistics technology organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their London team. This is a high-impact role focused on network efficiency and real-time optimization within a complex, multi-sided marketplace platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and launch new logistics capabilities that directly enhance customer, merchant, and courier experiences
- Lead prioritization and trade-off decisions across complex marketplace dynamics, escalating to senior leadership when necessary
- Own product goals end-to-end, from concept through delivery, collaborating across engineering, analytics, ML, and operations research teams
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams globally to bring features to market
- Translate ambiguous challenges into clear execution plans, maintaining focus on highest-leverage opportunities
- Partner with technical specialists to optimize real-time predictions and dispatch decisions
- Navigate marketplace dynamics while balancing customer needs with commercial objectives
