Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in the DACH region that requires a Business IT specialist to drive digital transformation and process optimization. In this role, you will:

• Establish and implement business processes that create the foundation for organizational growth and scalability
• Analyze existing workflows across departments to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
• Lead internal IT projects and oversee the implementation of new systems and digital tools
• Document standardized processes and create training materials for the internal learning platform
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration of new processes into daily operations

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Analytical thinking with a strong ability to recognize patterns and systematize workflows
• Experience in project management methodologies and structured approaches to implementation
• Highly organized work style with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills in German
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preference for working within clear process guidelines and established frameworks
