Senior Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes, acting as Product Owner in agile setups
• Implement projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom application development, workplace solutions, and cloud infrastructure
• Guide clients throughout project lifecycles on digital transformation matters and recommend solutions from the organization's portfolio
• Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate stakeholder interfaces
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution delivery
• Identify optimization opportunities in internal and external collaboration, create actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change processes
• Advance the organization's project management methodology toolkit and mentor project management colleagues

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proven IT project management experience with demonstrated project leadership
• Proficiency in agile or classical project management methods, ideally certified (PMI/PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum PSPO/PSM, LeSS, or SAFe Agilist)
• Passion for delivering outstanding IT projects such as websites, intranets, applications, digital forms systems, or specialized business applications
• Enthusiasm for complex technical challenges and client engagement with strong instincts for client needs and business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to navigate all levels of project organizations and explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
