Senior Sales Manager Bildungsverwaltung (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public sector IT services organization seeking a Senior Sales Manager for educational administration clients in Berlin. In this role, you will independently manage key accounts within the education sector and drive strategic sales initiatives.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing new opportunities with state-level education administration clients and managing key education sector accounts
• Creating and executing go-to-market strategies while actively generating new projects and business themes
• Preparing proposals and presentations in close collaboration with bid management and delivery teams
• Taking ownership of pricing, quality management oversight, and leading interdisciplinary proposal teams
• Contributing to the management and expansion of major framework contracts
• Supporting and developing sales and marketing campaigns

• Deep passion and enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of topics and customer groups within education administration
• Extensive experience in sales, consulting, or agency environments with public sector exposure
• High IT affinity and genuine interest in emerging technologies
• Confident presence and strong degree of self-initiative
• Communicative personality with excellent intuition for customer needs
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Existing network within federal education administration (strong plus)
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
