- Strong hands-on experience writing Python for testing, automation, data analysis, and robot interaction
- Experience with C++ (especially for writing tests, tools, or interfacing with robot drivers)
- Solid understanding of core robotics concepts, including kinematics, dynamics, singularities, joint limits, URDFs, coordinate transformations, and motion constraints
- Experience testing and validating software and hardware modules in integrated robotic systems
- Ability to design, execute, and analyze structured test plans — including edge case testing, regression testing, and real-world scenario validation

- Perception systems (cameras, LiDAR, IMUs) and sensor integration testing
- Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or simulation-in-the-loop (SIL) validation
- Robotics safety concepts and validation procedures
- Supporting customer deployments or reproducing field issues
- Data visualization, performance benchmarking, or telemetry analysis
- German or Mandarin language skills
