Manager Paid Search (Mensch)

Responsibilities

As Manager Paid Search, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid search advertising campaigns for a confidential media agency client. Your core responsibilities include:

• Campaign Development: Build and execute paid search campaigns across major platforms, ensuring continuous performance optimization and alignment with client business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop intelligent campaign strategies leveraging your deep understanding of paid search to achieve key performance indicators and drive measurable results.
• Analysis & Reporting: Create and present comprehensive campaign evaluations, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Execute best-in-class campaigns across search, display, video, and app advertising formats on industry-leading platforms.
• Innovation & Testing: Design and conduct meaningful tests to advance paid search best practices and identify new opportunities for performance improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee client budgets with a focus on efficient allocation and ROI maximization.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed university degree with focus in business or economics, or comparable commercial training.
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in digital advertising with demonstrated expertise in biddable platforms, particularly in search advertising.
• Platform Expertise: Proven track record working with search advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with high affinity for data interpretation and performance metrics.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and analyses clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work Style: Independent, solution-oriented approach with strong team collaboration skills.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English required for this role based in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich.
