Sales Operations Associate II

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential life sciences organization seeking a Sales Operations Associate II to join their European team. This position is fully remote and can be covered from Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania, or the UK.

Our client is experiencing strong growth and needs a detail-oriented professional to support their global business development efforts. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless information flow between internal teams and maintaining the accuracy of client data across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business development enquiries and partner with marketing teams to leverage initiatives for outreach efforts
• Coordinate with marketing and sales development to triage and nurture inbound leads appropriately
• Assist in coordinating sales territories and developing territory plans to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
• Provide hands-on support for the business development team including RFI completion, confidentiality agreement coordination, and similar tasks
• Manage tracking of all clinical solutions and translational sciences activity in Salesforce, maintaining accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records
• Identify, implement, and manage new process initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Support meeting and event planning, including coordination of travel to trade shows and industry events
• Attend trade shows and events as needed
• Deliver weekly reports on business development success metrics to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience, OR 8+ years of experience working within a business development role in a CRO environment
• High level of proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information clearly on calls and via email
• Drive and determination to meet and exceed targets and quotas
• Adaptable, professional, and motivated approach with full understanding of the sales cycle
• Ability to listen actively and identify customer pain points and challenges
• Capacity to work under pressure, stay organized, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
• Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
