VP Marketing at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a VP Marketing to lead their content and marketing operations in London. In this role, you will:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and handle recruitment and onboarding.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and website.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Travel: Join conferences and events overseas as part of your role.

This is an in-person role based in London (near Victoria Station) with no remote work options. The start date is flexible.
