Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential events and media organization in London. They're seeking a Webinar Associate to join their fast-paced team and take ownership of key business operations around content programming and industry engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to identify emerging trends shaping the industry landscape
• Develop comprehensive content programs and formats that drive engagement and deliver high-quality conference experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at industry-leading organizations globally
• Prepare and coordinate with key speakers to ensure top-quality content delivery and stage interactions
• Manage end-to-end webinar and event content workflows
• Support travel to conferences and events as needed

What We're Looking For

• UK work authorization (required)
• Strong drive and ambition to excel in a high-responsibility role
• Exceptional work ethic with high sense of urgency
• Proactive mindset with ability to take ownership and follow through on commitments
• Genuine curiosity about people and passion for building professional relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to structure and prioritize workload effectively
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday in London (Buckingham Gate area)
