CRM Email Strategist at United Media

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B media organization seeking a CRM Email Strategist to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement across multiple industry verticals. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation and revenue optimization through CRM strategies
• Copywriting and collaborating with design resources to create compelling email campaigns that promote webinars, conferences, and other events
• Analyzing campaign performance data to continuously refine strategies and improve future results
• Acquiring and activating leads through targeted email engagement
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure precise audience targeting
• Managing the marketing inbox to convert inquiries into ticket sales and event registrations

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a driven professional with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work authorization (required)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach with strong follow-through on commitments
• Experience or strong interest in email marketing, CRM management, and copywriting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of responsibility

Location: This is an office-based role in central London (Victoria area), Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available.
