Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential staffing organization based in the United States. Our talent team is seeking a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to work remotely from Costa Rica. This is a full-time position supporting multiple client accounts through candidate identification, outreach, and pre-screening activities.

Our client provides workforce solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive researcher who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and professional communication with potential hires.

Responsibilities

• Search job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms to identify qualified candidates matching client requirements
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and frequently requested positions, including high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles
• Contact potential candidates via phone, email, text, and recruiting platforms to assess interest and availability
• Conduct initial pre-screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, location, and fit before referring candidates to recruiting teams
• Work closely with branch managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback and changing priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the company's ATS, CRM, or recruiting database, tracking outreach, referrals, and status updates
• Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and basic labor market research when needed
• Provide consistent communication to internal teams regarding candidate pipeline status and sourcing activities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong internet research and candidate sourcing abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing candidate information
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously across different client accounts
• Comfort communicating with candidates through multiple channels (phone, email, text, online platforms)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, candidate sourcing, or related field
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, resume databases, and other online recruiting tools
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting database systems
• Experience supporting multiple positions or client accounts simultaneously
• Experience sourcing for high-volume or difficult-to-fill roles
• Spanish proficiency

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $600 – $1,250 USD per month
