UXS Training & Demo Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology client in the Gilching area who is seeking a UXS Training & Demo Manager with expertise in mapping and GIS workflows. This role combines technical instruction, customer engagement, and operational demonstration across unmanned systems platforms.

Our client specializes in advanced unmanned aerial systems with survey-grade mapping capabilities. You'll serve as the subject matter expert who enables customers and internal teams to effectively capture, process, and exploit geospatial data from mission planning through final outputs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain unmanned systems platforms for mapping missions, ensuring optimal configuration for data capture and global deployment readiness
• Develop and update instructional materials in German and English, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises focused on photogrammetry and post-processing workflows
• Lead hands-on training sessions covering end-to-end mapping workflows, from mission planning through geospatial output generation
• Assess trainee performance across theoretical and practical modules, with emphasis on data quality, processing accuracy, and workflow proficiency
• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing survey-grade mapping capabilities and translating technical outputs into operational value for stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting international customer engagements

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with UAS platforms and mapping workflows, including data acquisition and post-processing using photogrammetry tools
• Ability to independently plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions in German or English; additional languages are a plus
• Confidence presenting complex technical topics to security-focused audiences in clear, practical terms
• Willingness to travel worldwide, including to regions with challenging conditions
• Military, police, or governmental operational background is advantageous but not required
• Strong understanding of mission parameters, data capture optimization, and geospatial output generation
• Excellent communication skills for creating impactful first impressions with prospective customers
