About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential loyalty marketing organization in their search for a Senior Account Manager. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise client relationships for a company that partners with recognized global brands.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day client partner, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless delivery of loyalty strategy, gamification, and technology platform initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor while managing operations, priorities, and communications across complex client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational lead and day-to-day client partner, managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and communications across multiple workstreams
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations as a trusted advisor with deep understanding of client business objectives and loyalty programs
- Own client planning cadence including 90-day planning, regular touchpoints, executive check-ins, and business reviews
- Prepare meeting agendas, contact reports, client presentations, weekly updates, and other client correspondence
- Develop and operationalize account plans and strategic roadmaps across loyalty strategy, gamification, and technology platforms
- Lead coordination for gamification initiatives from concept through launch, partnering with strategy, creative, development, and QA teams
- Translate client business needs to platform capabilities, identifying optimization opportunities and coordinating technical requests
- Partner with analytics teams to translate loyalty insights into actionable recommendations for member engagement and program optimization
- Manage client requests, scope changes, risks, and issues through resolution with clear, timely communication
- Own project estimates, timelines, and resource plans to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Support account financial health through resource allocation, forecasting, invoicing, and growth opportunity identification
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in loyalty, marketing, client services, or technology-enabled marketing
- Demonstrated experience as day-to-day client lead for complex enterprise accounts or programs
- Understanding of general marketing principles required; loyalty and gamification experience strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives across strategy, creative, and technology teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing deliverables and deadlines
- Confident verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven with strong project management skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in fast-paced environments
- Strong technical aptitude to understand loyalty platforms, SaaS products, and martech ecosystems
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience across multiple channels and customer journeys
- Ability to understand performance metrics and partner with analytics teams to communicate insights
- Foundational understanding of financial business principles and customer data concepts
- Resourceful, solutions-focused attitude that adapts well to change
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, workshops, and business reviews
