B2B Marketing – Sweden

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a B2B Marketing professional to lead expansion efforts in the Nordic region. This is a unique "zero-to-one" growth opportunity where you'll serve as the regional marketing authority, combining creative execution, analytical rigor, and hands-on operations to build market presence from the ground up.

Our client serves millions of users globally and works with enterprise customers across multiple sectors. They are well-funded, scaling rapidly, and seeking a builder who thrives in the complexity of multi-lingual markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth throughout the Nordic region through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
• Build and execute sophisticated, multi-language outbound marketing sequences tailored to regional audiences
• Own end-to-end execution of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars across the region
• Collaborate cross-functionally on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and localized retargeting campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, produce executive-level reports, and implement data-driven optimizations
• Adapt global messaging to resonate authentically with Nordic business cultures and buying behaviors
• Act as the regional Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in one of the four Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is mandatory
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proven track record of implementing marketing projects from conception to completion with clear ROI accountability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated high engagement in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, constantly evolving situations while managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Broad growth marketing expertise spanning analytics, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event management
• Strong ownership mentality and comfort operating independently as a regional leader

Preferred Experience:

• Cold email campaigns, SEO, or affiliate management expertise
• Product marketing and design capabilities
• Deep familiarity with Nordic tech ecosystems and enterprise buying cycles
