Aufgaben
- Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hochbau
- Führung der eigenen Kolonne und Koordination der Nachunternehmer vor Ort
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
- Materialdisposition und Planung des Geräteeinsatzes
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Werkpolier
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Bauausführung im Hochbau
- Führungskompetenz und fundiertes handwerkliches Können
- Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung
Vergütung über Get A Job.ai: €55.000–€75.000 pro Jahr, abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
