Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten einen etablierten Bauträger in der Region Göttingen, der erfahrene Poliere (m/w/d) für anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte sucht. Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung im Hochbau und schlüsselfertigen Bau
- Führung der eigenen Kolonne sowie Koordination von Nachunternehmern vor Ort
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
- Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
- Materialdisposition und sachgerechter Geräteeinsatz
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Das suchen wir
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe mit Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Werkpolier
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauausführung im Hochbau oder schlüsselfertigen Bau
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und fundiertes handwerkliches Können
- Zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung
