About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the optics industry, located in Jena, Thüringen. This Training Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to shape learning strategies and training programs for a leading international organization. Our talent team is seeking an experienced professional to join through a temporary assignment with strong potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning strategies and training modules for digital and continuous learning initiatives
• Establish and maintain comprehensive learning paths focused on different target audiences
• Design new training concepts and content aligned with organizational needs
• Ensure consistent look and feel across all curricula following corporate identity guidelines, organized by target groups
• Manage projects for digital learning modules from conception through roll-out in collaboration with business sectors
• Monitor and improve course content, training quality, and learning paths including participant assessments
• Ensure delivery of high-quality training offerings across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a Training Manager role, preferably in an international environment
• Strong project management competencies
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level required)
• Note for international applicants: German C1 level is mandatory as it is the business language for this position

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Jena market.
