Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential industrial client in Oberkochen, Baden-Württemberg, seeking a Logistics Specialist for their maintenance and service operations. In this role, you will:
- Operate the central automated warehouse management system
- Create and request SAP item numbers for warehouse products
- Optimize and structure inventory within the warehouse system
- Execute inbound and outbound inventory transactions using SAP
- Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability
- Register undeclared products and materials in the warehouse system
- Add new materials and spare parts to inventory records
- Continuously improve workflows and warehouse processes
- Procure packaging materials as needed
- Process goods receipt and goods issue bookings in SAP
- Arrange transport logistics and ensure shipments are properly secured
- Manage central warehouse operations
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as a Specialist for Warehouse Logistics (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in order processing within logistics operations
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
- Strong working knowledge of SAP systems
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented approach to inventory management and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
