(Senior) Sales Operations Manager (gn)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility solutions organization in their search for a (Senior) Sales Operations Manager. This remote role, based in Germany, offers the opportunity to architect scalable sales processes, drive CRM excellence, and leverage automation and AI to transform sales performance. You'll work directly with sales leadership in a lean, high-impact team where your contributions shape organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize sales processes across the complete customer journey, building frameworks for sustainable scale
• Develop and optimize the CRM and sales tool ecosystem, with particular focus on HubSpot administration, data quality, and consistent adoption
• Identify automation opportunities and implement AI-supported solutions, introducing new technologies strategically to the sales organization
• Establish KPI frameworks, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and regular quality review processes
• Analyze conversion rates, sales cycle duration, deal sizing, and segment performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
• Provide decision-making support to sales leadership and team leads with clear, data-driven insights
• Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment across revenue functions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or process management roles
• Strong hands-on CRM expertise, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics platforms
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, reporting structures, and forecasting models
• Proven ability to design structured processes and scalable operational frameworks
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders
• Ownership mentality with a track record of turning concepts into reliable implementations
• Excellent German language skills at C2 level and good English skills at minimum B2 level
