Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant to lead sourcing and procurement transformations. In this role, you will:

• Develop and optimize end-to-end processes across Sourcing, Procurement, and Material Management
• Guide organizations through their SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation and integration into modern cloud ecosystems
• Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design future-ready target processes
• Translate functional requirements into efficient SAP solutions and support their implementation
• Serve as Business Architect on complex client projects, taking ownership of technical and strategic deliverables
• Provide senior-level consulting to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for functional requirements
• Coordinate project activities including planning, governance, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute your own ideas to evolve methodologies, standards, and best practices within the practice

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or Digital Transformation
• Practical experience in the SAP environment, specifically in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or SAP MM
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of business processes with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and professional client-facing presence
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with clients and colleagues
• Openness to emerging technologies and innovative cloud solutions
• Fluent German and strong English language skills required
