GTM Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing healthcare technology company in Paris that is experiencing exceptional momentum in the French market. Our client is scaling their commercial operations to support ambitious revenue targets and needs a hands-on GTM Engineer to build the infrastructure that will power their sales team's productivity.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Data. You will own the entire go-to-market technology stack and create automated systems that eliminate manual prospecting work, allowing sales development representatives to focus exclusively on qualified, high-intent opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Qualification: Design and maintain automated lead sourcing workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms. Build enrichment pipelines for firmographics, intent signals, tech stack analysis, and hiring activity. Define ICP scoring models and deliver ready-to-action prospect lists to SDRs.
• GTM Tooling & Automation: Own the outbound technology stack including sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and data providers. Build and maintain integrations between CRM, enrichment, outreach, and tracking systems. Automate manual tasks such as list building, data deduplication, routing, and assignment.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain pipeline cleanliness with accurate stages, fields, and ownership. Instrument all touchpoints (emails, calls, LinkedIn, demos) within the CRM. Monitor data completeness and eliminate inefficiencies in the funnel.
• GTM Analytics: Build dashboards tracking pipeline quality metrics including source attribution, stage conversion rates, and cycle length. Analyze SDR performance against list quality and identify correlations. Surface and resolve funnel leaks systematically.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, or Growth Ops within a scaling SaaS or startup environment
• Deep technical proficiency with CRM systems, automation tools, spreadsheets, and data enrichment platforms—you build systems from scratch
• Structured thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact to revenue scaling objectives
• Pragmatic and execution-driven approach; you care about systems that actually work in production
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in French and professional English required
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in lead qualification rates and sales productivity

Expected Outcomes: Within your first month, complete a full audit of current systems and launch your first enrichment pipeline. By three months, deliver automated ICP-qualified lead lists weekly with 80%+ enrichment coverage. Within 6–12 months, build GTM infrastructure that scales without additional headcount, with SDRs spending under 20% of time on list building and measurable improvement in SQL rates.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Paris with a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days remote per week. The position offers an executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis with approximately 8–12 RTT days per year.
