Senior Advertising Sales Manager, France (Paris based)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential adtech organization seeking a Senior Advertising Sales Manager based in Paris. In this role, you will drive new business development and revenue growth across the French market.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Identify, engage and close partnerships with large brand advertisers and major media agency networks across France
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, pursue opportunities and independently close deals
• Accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue targets
• Work closely with sales leadership to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Manage presentations, negotiate contracts and build strong client relationships at senior stakeholder level
• Gain deep understanding of digital advertising technology and communicate product benefits effectively within the revenue ecosystem
• Sell multiple advertising products by identifying the right stakeholders while maintaining a coherent overall strategy
• Collaborate with account management teams to manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign delivery
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to product teams regarding feature development

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking a proven hunter with the following qualifications:

• Extensive sales experience in the digital advertising space
• Strong knowledge of the French digital advertising ecosystem
• Proven track record selling to top French brands and/or major agency networks
• Native French speaker with exceptional presentation and communication skills in French and English
• Demonstrated experience consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex deals within digital media
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, collect business intelligence and interpret campaign data
• Excellent technological aptitude and ability to quickly learn platforms to support campaign implementation and optimization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Passion for digital content and online advertising
• Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and senior decision-makers
