Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization working at the intersection of policy, research, and sustainable mobility. Our client is seeking a working student to join their Monitoring & Analysis team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of research studies
• Preparing, facilitating, and analyzing working sessions and workshops, including invitation management
• Researching and preparing information for briefing materials
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports
• Managing pre- and post-workshop logistics
• Handling general organizational tasks within your team

• Current enrollment in a degree program in social sciences, political science, engineering, economics, or a related field (preferably in later semesters)
• Ideally, knowledge of statistical survey analysis
• Ideally, experience with questionnaire design and study methodology through coursework or previous working student positions
• Strong interest in electric mobility and charging infrastructure, with a desire to contribute to the energy transition in transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Very good German and good English language skills

Position Details

This is a working student position based in Berlin (Fasanenstrasse area) with excellent public transport connections. The role offers up to 60% remote work flexibility. Working hours are approximately 19.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your university timetable. The initial contract is for 12 months with extension possibilities. Benefits include subsidized public transport and gym membership.
