Senior Controller (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Controller for their Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemberg location. In this role, you will hold full responsibility for the controlling function across domestic and international facilities.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the controlling function for multiple sites, both domestic and international
• Analyzing and actively managing cost, performance, and results structures
• Steering margin performance and driving continuous improvement in financial results
• Preparing budget planning, forecasts, and multi-year projections for all locations
• Creating meaningful reports, KPIs, and management presentations
• Optimizing cost and performance accounting to increase efficiency
• Serving as a strategic sparring partner to executive leadership and site managers
• Independently initiating and guiding organizational changes within your domain

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities:

• Completed degree in Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional controlling experience, ideally within international structures in a manufacturing environment
• Strategic and entrepreneurial leadership personality with strong assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to conceptualize modern and future-oriented structures and processes
• Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems and analytics solutions
