Strategic Valuation & Modeling – Senior Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Strategic Valuation & Modeling - Senior Manager in Frankfurt am Main. Our client operates at the intersection of financial advisory, transaction support, and corporate strategy, serving multinational clients across Europe.

This is a high-impact role for a valuation professional ready to lead complex engagements, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review complex valuation models for companies, intangible assets, tangible assets, and strategic alternatives in tax, transactional, and accounting contexts
• Support fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and deal structures
• Identify key business drivers and deliver meaningful insights through structured deliverables
• Serve as day-to-day engagement manager and primary client contact
• Prepare reports, presentations, and lead stakeholder discussions
• Steer and mentor junior team members on methodology and execution
• Actively contribute to internal and external business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Work on cross-border assignments with international teams

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics
• Six to eight years of relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development/strategy
• Strong financial analytical skills and solid accounting knowledge
• Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into well-structured reports
• Proven experience developing and managing small teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for challenging projects
• Clear, confident communication style and willingness to share opinions
• Practical and creative problem-solving approach
• Fluent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team orientation
• Fluency in both German and English (required)
• Eagerness to work on cross-border assignments
