As an Associate Manager in our Closing & Sales team, you will play a key role in converting prospective buyers into satisfied customers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet individual and project sales targets whilst maintaining compliance with organisational guidelines
• Engage with prospective buyers and guide them through the property selection and closing process
• Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned projects, features, specifications, and unique selling points
• Stay informed about competitive landscape, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and current market offers
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance your understanding of real estate norms, processes, and best practices
• Build expertise in market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging trends within the Pune real estate sector
