Customer Support Officer (M/F/D)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online gaming organization based in Paris. Our talent team is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Officer to join their service operation supporting poker and sports betting players across multiple European markets.

This is an entry-level position on a 12-month fixed-term contract with immediate availability preferred. You'll work a rotating shift pattern (7–15h, 15–23h, 23–7h) including several weekend shifts per month as part of a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Handle player inquiries and messages across all communication channels including email, social networks, online events, and live venues
• Provide information on account matters, process complaints, and resolve technical issues
• Optimize the player experience and help users better understand product offerings
• Support players in navigating and using platform systems effectively
• Represent the brand with professionalism and care in every customer interaction
• Work reliably within a 35-hour rotating shift system including night and weekend coverage

What We're Looking For

Must-have skills:

• Native-level German with flawless written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in poker, sports betting, or both
• High commitment, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software tools
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work permanently and reliably in rotating shifts including nights and weekends
• Immediate or very short-notice availability

Pay
