Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking an Account Manager to guide customers through their heat pump installation journey. In this role, you will:

• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through successful system commissioning, maintaining regular contact via phone and written communication
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire installation process, tracking timelines, dependencies, and tasks to ensure efficient project completion
• Serve as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external installation partners, ensuring clear communication and swift problem resolution
• Take ownership of projects with a focus on customer satisfaction, as client ratings are a core success metric for both individual performance and company reputation
• Remain organized, solution-oriented, and professional even during high-pressure situations, viewing challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles
• Actively schedule appointments, manage expectations, and ensure customers feel well-supported throughout the entire process

Pay

This position includes an attractive base salary plus a monthly performance bonus based on completed projects and positive customer ratings. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the screening process.
