Senior Executive, Client Teams

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global media and marketing organisation in their search for a Senior Executive, Client Teams to join a dedicated team in London. This role sits within a bespoke operating model serving a major entertainment client, working across high-profile film releases and international campaigns.

This is a full-time position requiring the right to work in the UK. The team operates on a hybrid basis, with approximately four days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

You will assist in overseeing workstreams and coordinating project delivery from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams and local market colleagues to ensure excellent execution:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local teams and regional departments
• Support the socialisation of global campaign guidelines and their implementation across markets
• Collate best-in-class work across the network and roll out successful approaches to other markets
• Drive ongoing organisation, quality, and consistency in client deliverables
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regional plans and reporting, including weekly spend trackers and performance reports
• Support the finance billing process, including collating purchase orders, updating budget trackers, and monitoring client billing
• Ensure client and internal status meetings are well prepared and productive
