Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in München. In this role, you will design screens, user flows, and interactions for a preventive health platform. You'll translate product requirements and domain knowledge into simple, intuitive user experiences. Your designs and specifications will serve as input for an AI-supported, agentic product development process. You'll evolve the design language and design system, validate concepts through user feedback, and iterate continuously. Close collaboration with product leadership and engineering is essential, and you'll contribute your ideas to shape the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in product and UX/UI design for digital applications
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user flows and polished UI craft; proficiency in Figma
- Ability to quickly understand domain contexts and evaluate which solutions best achieve desired outcomes
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows in product design
- Interest in health, prevention, and healthy lifestyles
- Strong communication skills, independence, and structured working style
- Comfort working in small, motivated teams
- Fluent German and English
