About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential agricultural organization in Dresden seeking a working student to support market analysis and sales strategy development in organic farming. This role offers hands-on experience analyzing regional markets for sustainable agricultural products and developing commercial concepts for biological farm operations.
Responsibilities
- Support development of sustainable operational and sales concepts for an organic farm
- Conduct regional market and competitive analyses in the organic agriculture sector (including dairy products, livestock operations)
- Analyze regional market participants and their distribution and marketing structures
- Research and identify sales potential, market opportunities, trends, and attractive niche markets
- Analyze and compare distribution and marketing costs
- Establish contact and exchange with producers, marketers, and other external information sources
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable degree program
- Practical experience in agriculture; understanding of agricultural processes and livestock management is advantageous
- Passion for organic agriculture, high-quality food products, and sustainable marketing concepts
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of researching and evaluating complex topics
- Strong marketing knowledge, particularly in sales and marketing strategies
- Independent and structured work approach
- Creativity and ability to develop unconventional solutions
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- German language skills at native level (C2 CEFR)
