Enterprise Account Executive, Growth | Remote | UK

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential observability SaaS organization in their search for an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to work remotely across the UK. In this role, you will drive revenue expansion within an established customer base across the UKI region.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new expansion opportunities within your assigned accounts
• Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, proposal development, and contract negotiations
• Driving pipeline growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
• Articulating the value proposition of both cloud-based and on-premise solutions to technical and business stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce
• Processing quotes, orders, and ongoing customer requests

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure technology, with at least 2+ years focused on Enterprise-level accounts
• Proven track record of consistent quota attainment in competitive markets (top 10% performance preferred)
• Experience working in high-velocity technology companies with the ability to adapt quickly
• Strong communication skills across all channels—written, virtual, and in-person
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and tenacity
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred experience:

• Background with open source technology and developer-focused products
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Training in Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies
