Client Value Partner (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Client Value Partner (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) based in London. This role serves as the accountable lead for customer success with strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive data-driven business transformation.

As the Client Value Partner, you will:

• Lead extensive cross-functional teams to ensure success and satisfaction of top-tier customers throughout their transformation journey
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, embedding platform capabilities into their strategic objectives
• Ensure engagements are properly staffed by leveraging resources from global teams including servicing, product, and engineering
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, establishing program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
• Internalize customer strategy and targets, driving delivery alignment to support business-critical problem solving
• Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion and meeting usage targets
• Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently and effectively
• Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption
• Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring alignment of product development with industry needs
• Drive customer presence and sponsorship at key industry events and conferences
• Collaborate on innovation and new asset development in specific domains, contributing to playbooks and resources for the broader team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of relevant strategy consulting experience
• Strong track record driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations within supply chain and manufacturing environments
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
• Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
• Proven ability to navigate large global organizations with persuasive communication through data, facts, and confidence
• Experience successfully working with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts
• Natural consultative approach when engaging with senior executives and C-level stakeholders
• Strong team player who inspires teams with patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
• Excellent project management skills with ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
• Self-motivated, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
• Proven track record managing executive relationships and driving profitable growth
• Strong analytical skills combined with industry expertise
