In this role, you will serve as the critical link between system requirements and engineering execution for autonomous platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating complex system requirements from system engineers and program managers into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for cross-functional engineering teams
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog across hardware and software components, balancing long-term architecture goals with immediate project deliverables
  • Facilitating daily alignment across hardware engineers working on optics and supplier specifications, and software engineers developing embedded systems and sensor integration
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of technical capabilities, system resources, and sprint outcomes to keep stakeholders informed
  • Reviewing completed engineering work against requirements and navigating trade-offs between hardware constraints, embedded software performance, and project timelines

  • Technical literacy with the ability to review technical structures, navigate code repositories (GitLab), and collaborate effectively with software engineers
  • Strong systems thinking and understanding of robotics and embedded technology stacks, including sensor calibration, edge computing platforms, driver integration, and system architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineers and program managers

Preferred experience:

  • Experience implementing Agile frameworks in hardware development contexts
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or autonomous vehicle sectors
