About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing digital agency based in Hamburg that specializes in innovative social media strategies for mid-sized businesses. Our talent team is seeking a Junior IT System Integrator with expertise in No-Code and Low-Code platforms to join their Business Development and IT department.

In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern tools, ensuring systems work seamlessly together while continuously optimizing workflows and data management.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using No-Code/Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make.com
• Build, maintain, and manage AirTable databases
• Develop front-ends and interfaces using No-Code/Low-Code platforms
• Manage and enhance CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Plan, implement, and deploy new business processes
• Document and conceptualize digital business workflows
• Provide user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; alternatively, IT vocational training or practical experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong analytical capabilities and quick comprehension
• Initial experience with project management combined with high discipline and organizational skills
• Results- and solution-oriented work approach with ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong team collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident presence
• Very good written German language skills
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
• Experience with digital topics and Low-Code/No-Code solutions, API tools like Zapier or Make.com—or the ability to learn quickly and independently
