Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facility management organization in Stuttgart, seeking a Technical Property Manager to join their operations team. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the technical operations of commercial properties, including compliance with operator obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and manage the technical team, scheduling deployments and coordinating resources efficiently
  • Organize maintenance, renovation, and repair activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to budgets
  • Develop processes and maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Handle reporting, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison with authorities

What We're Looking For

  • Technical education or degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Technical Property Manager, Facility Management Leader, or similar technical operations role
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, workplace safety, and operator responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CAFM systems
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
