About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential real estate investment firm in Frankfurt am Main. Our client is an established operator in the German residential sector with a diversified acquisition mandate spanning distressed opportunities through stabilized income-producing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a transaction-focused professional to join a well-capitalized acquisitions and asset management team.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and conduct underwriting and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions across the risk spectrum
- Perform market, sector, and competitor benchmarking to support investment decisions
- Prepare investment memoranda and committee documentation for live and prospective transactions
- Support due diligence workstreams including commercial, technical, legal, and ESG analysis
- Coordinate with external advisers, brokers, and lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Own and execute asset management initiatives across the existing portfolio
- Liaise with internal operations and development teams to support deal execution and portfolio optimization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
- 2+ years of demonstrated transaction experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities (expect this to be tested during the interview process)
- Fluency in both German and English required
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
