Trainer EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential learning technology organization in their search for a Trainer EMEA based in Berlin (remote). This role sits within the Professional Services team and focuses on empowering enterprise clients to adopt collaborative learning methodologies through expert platform training and scalable engagement programs.

As the pedagogical and platform specialist, you will own the "one-to-many" training strategy—including webinar programming and self-service learning academies—ensuring clients gain confidence and competency from day one of implementation. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to address real client friction points and continuously refine the training catalog.

Responsibilities

• Master the client platform from both user and administrator perspectives, becoming certified in the organization's collaborative learning methodology
• Host recurring webinars and manage self-service learning academy content, ensuring alignment with product releases and client needs
• Analyze completion rates, satisfaction scores, and engagement data to iterate on training formats and content
• Collaborate with Product Managers during discovery sessions to share insights on platform adoption patterns
• Lead projects to improve one-to-many training strategy, such as new webinar formats, gamification, or localized content development
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and document best practices for platform usage and client engagement
• Onboard and mentor new trainers as the team scales
• Develop advanced toolkits and training paths based on successful client use cases

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Trainer OR in a client-facing Customer Success/Care role
• Demonstrated listening and teaching skills with the ability to translate platform features into compelling learning narratives
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a results-oriented culture
• Excellent writing skills in German, English, and French with impeccable spelling and grammar across multiple tones and styles
• Experience in the learning industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
