About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology consultancy focused on enterprise digital transformation. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Google Workspace Engineer to join their expanding European operations based in Berlin, Germany.
This is a client-facing technical role where you'll lead Google Workspace implementations and migrations for international enterprise customers. You'll combine deep hands-on expertise with the ability to guide stakeholders through complex platform transitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Google Workspace migrations, including transitions from Microsoft 365 and other legacy platforms
- Architect and implement Google Workspace solutions across diverse enterprise environments
- Integrate Google Workspace with external enterprise systems and third-party applications to optimize workflows
- Execute large-scale data migrations with minimal downtime and zero data loss
- Serve as technical lead during client engagements, combining implementation work with clear stakeholder communication
- Provide strategic consulting and tailored guidance to customers throughout their Google Workspace adoption journey
What We're Looking For
- Google Workspace expertise: Proven hands-on experience deploying and managing Google Workspace in enterprise settings
- Dual capability: Strong technical skills paired with excellent client communication abilities
- Enterprise IT knowledge: Familiarity with modern enterprise environments including EntraID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune
- Migration experience: Understanding of data migration tools and methodologies
- Certifications: Google Workspace and Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications highly valued
- Language skills: Professional fluency in both German and English required
- Integration savvy: Experience with third-party tools and ISV solutions in the Google ecosystem
