Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking an Artist Manager / Influencer Manager in Mülheim. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talent and influencers
• Support the search for new brand partnerships, create offers, and manage incoming collaboration requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with brands, vendors, and service providers
• Develop content concepts and formats together with talents and support their implementation
• Act as the interface between talents and partners, planning their deployment and ensuring their well-being
• Identify and recruit new talents for existing and future formats and campaigns
• Help talents work in a future-oriented manner and create opportunities beyond their creator activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, ideally within a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Strong interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, experience in implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for organizing and working with creative talent
