Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology alliance organization in their search for an Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager. This role is central to delivering curated executive engagement programmes across high-profile international events, connecting senior decision-makers with strategic partners through personalized meeting experiences and exclusive sessions.

Based in France or the United Kingdom, you will manage the full lifecycle of executive-level sponsor programmes—from audience targeting and outreach through to onsite delivery—ensuring seamless, high-value interactions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of executive engagement and invite-only programmes across multiple annual events
• Oversee sponsor onboarding, capturing profiles, target accounts, and programme objectives with precision
• Coordinate outreach to senior-level executives through tailored communications, confirmations, and scheduling workflows
• Manage meeting logistics, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure smooth onsite operations including shared meeting room coordination
• Drive the invite-only cycle from attendee wish-lists through acquisition, marketing promotion, vetting, approvals, and session execution
• Fulfill audience acquisition plans to connect sponsors with senior decision-makers across global markets
• Support sponsors in refining target lists and articulating meaningful session objectives
• Handle escalations related to targeting, scheduling, approvals, or attendance, resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Events, Marketing, and Insights to align delivery priorities
• Contribute to event retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
• Track acquisition progress, delegate confirmations, meeting scheduling, and delivery risks through structured reporting
• Produce post-event insights and recommendations to strengthen future programme delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience delivering executive-level engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or high-value client engagement
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and time zones
• Skilled communicator capable of engaging confidently with senior executives and sponsor representatives
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability and sound judgment when managing escalations or time-sensitive issues
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Familiarity with telecommunications, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programmes is beneficial
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management platforms is an advantage
