About This Role
We are representing a global enterprise software organization in their search for a Senior Solutions Consultant based in London. Our client is a recognized leader in the CRM and business process automation space, serving thousands of organizations across more than 100 countries.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, working closely with account executives to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, and guide prospective clients through technical evaluations. You will be the bridge between customer needs and product capabilities, ensuring successful outcomes for complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and customer meetings alongside sales executives, providing expertise on CRM and business process management solutions
- Design and configure custom product demonstrations tailored to prospect requirements and industry use cases
- Develop and deliver technical Proof of Concepts for enterprise accounts
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with detailed functional and technical documentation
- Present solution architecture and business value to C-level stakeholders
- Represent the platform at industry conferences, seminars, and customer events
- Partner with channel partners to develop go-to-market strategies and technical enablement
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide product feedback to internal R&D and product teams
- Contribute to deal strategy and regional growth planning
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field
- Minimum 5 years of presales or solutions consulting experience in the SaaS or PaaS industry
- Proven track record managing complex sales cycles involving custom POCs and enterprise demonstrations
- Hands-on experience with CRM, BPM, ERP, HCM systems, or no-code/low-code platforms
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of European market dynamics, including competitive landscape and industry trends
- Strong technical acumen with experience in modern web or enterprise development environments
- Familiarity with production infrastructure (application servers, web servers, databases)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strategic problem-solving mindset and analytical capabilities
- Fluent English required
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Preferred qualifications: Recent hands-on programming experience and deeper familiarity with enterprise deployment architectures.
