About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology company seeking multiple QA Software Test Automation Engineers (Java) to join their expanding engineering organization. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with experienced specialists in a collaborative environment, focusing on test automation framework development and quality assurance across functional and performance testing suites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software releases
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical testing requirements
- Enhance software quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle
- Execute automated functional and performance testing initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and implement required libraries
- Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated test scripts into continuous integration tools
- Identify, manage, and drive resolution of issues discovered during testing cycles
- Actively participate in both SDLC and STLC processes
What We're Looking For
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in quality assurance and test automation, including functional GUI and API testing
- Strong practical experience with Java-based automation testing tools (Playwright, REST Assured, or similar frameworks for mobile automation)
- Hands-on experience writing queries for both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern testing procedures
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering optimal results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
