Performance Marketing Working Student (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential consumer goods organization based in Berlin-Kreuzberg, is seeking a Performance Marketing Working Student to join their Online Sales team starting October 1st, 2026. In this role, you will:

• Create and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms
• Develop weekly performance reports analyzing creative effectiveness from previous periods
• Brainstorm concepts for high-performing paid social advertisements
• Test hypotheses directly within Meta Ads Manager
• Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central operations
• Conduct KPI analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is representing a client who requires candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, paid advertising, and funnel stage applications
• Entry-level experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads platforms
• Initial experience managing Amazon Seller Central
• Strong numerical skills and comfort performing KPI analysis
• German language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• English language proficiency at C1 level
