Our talent team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for their Munich office who can take genuine ownership of platform initiatives without requiring detailed instruction at every step. This role suits someone who has thrived in dynamic, fast-moving environments and knows how to deliver when the path forward isn't fully defined.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend platform features and internal tooling with end-to-end ownership
- Design and optimize data pipelines and third-party integrations
- Operate and maintain scalable services on Google Cloud infrastructure
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Work directly with Product and business leadership on platform strategy
- Make architectural decisions and choose pragmatic solutions that balance speed with sustainability
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer (we value real coding depth over titles)
- Strong proficiency with modern TypeScript and React
- Solid SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Experience building and operating services in Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows
- Comfortable designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
Nice to Have: Experience with HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, or event-driven systems.
Mindset and Approach:
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments—startup background strongly preferred
- You take senior-level ownership end-to-end without waiting for detailed instructions
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking initiative independently
- Think in terms of products and outcomes, not just features
- Choose pragmatic solutions over over-engineering
