Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) for Get A Job.ai

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the flexible space solutions sector. They are building a data-driven, scalable digital platform and need a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives with high autonomy and takes end-to-end ownership of key initiatives.

You'll work closely with product and business leadership to deliver real impact. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and extending platform features and internal tools
• Designing and optimizing data pipelines and integrations
• Operating scalable services on Google Cloud
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
• Ensuring quality through testing and code reviews

This is not a ticket-based role. You'll often receive direction on objectives rather than implementation details, and we expect you to run with that autonomy.

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on coding depth
• Strong experience with modern TypeScript and React
• Confident working with SQL and data modeling
• Experience building and operating services in Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable designing APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)

Nice to have: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems

Mindset:

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (startup experience strongly preferred)
