About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist for their Paris office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious luxury brands, developing and implementing sophisticated CRO and experience optimisation strategies. You'll report to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in delivering data-led experimentation and personalisation for global clients in the luxury goods sector.
This position is ideal for a CRO professional who thrives on translating business needs into measurable optimisation roadmaps and building strong client relationships within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings to translate business needs into strategic optimisation roadmaps that drive measurable value and client satisfaction
- Serve as the subject matter expert in conversion rate optimisation, experience optimisation, measurement, and marketing analytics across client brands
- Execute full-lifecycle user journey audits, research, continuous experimentation, and cross-channel activation campaigns
- Define custom reporting and data-mapping requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to align technical solutions with strategic objectives
- Provide mentorship and escalation support for junior team members to foster professional development
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and professional-level English is required given the client scope and team structure
- Over 2 years of experience in end-to-end experience optimisation or CRO, including defining, launching, and evaluating A/B and Multivariate Testing campaigns
- Ability to analyse user behaviour and map customer journeys from discovery to measurement, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion industries
- Proficiency in web, app, and product analytics combined with qualitative research tools (heatmapping, form analytics, live user testing)
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable findings and optimisation roadmaps
- Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for adding value to client businesses
- Collaborative problem-solving approach when evaluating options and finding practical solutions
