About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Social Campaigns Manager to join their Paris team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-impact, multi-market campaigns for two major clients in the fashion retail and tourism sectors across France and key European markets.
Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will take ownership of full-funnel campaign activation, working with emerging AI-driven tools and strong platform partnerships to test innovative strategies and drive measurable results.
This is a hybrid position based in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end activation, quality assurance, and continuous optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Manage and control campaign budgets, monitor pacing, and make strategic decisions to ensure spend targets are met
- Lead client calls and presentations in both French and English, translating campaign data into performance reports and strategic recommendations for international markets
- Collaborate closely with Client Management, Creative, Data, and other Media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Test new strategies and tactics to optimize performance across major platforms
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and professional-level English required
- Approximately 3 years of experience managing multi-market paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest), with a strong understanding of the others
- Solid understanding of paid social KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis
- Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships and add value to their business
- Adaptability to navigate unforeseen circumstances and adjust strategies accordingly

Pay
